Intro:  

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ cup cranberry juice (pure, unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup coconut water (for a tropical twist and added hydration)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey, agave, or a few drops of stevia or monk fruit (optional, for added sweetness)
  • A few fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Pineapple slice or cranberry skewer for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill your glasses: Place your serving glass in the freezer for 5-10 minutes for a frosty touch.
